Hi Friends, I'm planning to bike across the US starting Spring 2018 and I'm open to travel companions.
My name is Puck, and I'm a 33 year old male. I'm most interested in biking ACA's Southern Tier Route. I could start in San Diego and head East, but I'm also open to starting in St. Augustine and heading West. I'm flexible on the starting point if others are interested in joining me. The starting date is also not set in stone, so I'm flexible there too. I'd like to begin sometime in the early spring.
There will not be an emphasis on speed on this trip. I imagine a mileage range of 45 - 95 miles a day, with the longer days being fewer. Really I'm open to whatever, but I don't want to be racing against the clock.
As far as sleeping arrangements: I'm into a mix of camping/stealth-camping, CouchSurfing and WarmShowers Hosts, and splitting the cost of the occasional motel room.
Anyone is welcome to join me. I don't care about your age, gender identity, or orientation. If you're calm, kind, and easy-going and want to adventure across the country then hit me up.
