I'm thinking of giving wild camping a try when I go on a tour of France / Germany / Belguim / Switzerland in the summer. Any advice for a wild camping novice?

_Just do it_ ! You/your stuff might get wet but that's pretty much worst scenario, next time it will be better.

Drop me a line if you want a company for few days in Switzerland.

Wild camping feels exciting to me, feels like total freedom and we have camped at the most amazing spots ever!

I prefer wild camping over a campsite where you hear your neighbor snore...
Check this link, we have shared some of our thoughts on the matter.

As Joseph says, just go for it. You will soon learn from any mistakes you may make.

You will never go to a camp site again!

Hi Charles,

You can see all the available bicycle tours we have to join by visiting the page below. There is a great mix of tour to join for free. People are always happy to help and advise others, so a great way to get into touring. Not sure where you are in the world, but there are tours all over to join.
